We're delighted to host expert Féidhlim Harty t odeliver a workshop foccussed on suburban drainge systems (SuDS) and rainwater planters. The Kerry Biosphere Rainwater Planter Initiative has been made possible from funding from Kerry County Council and the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
Our workshop will be held in the Garden Room at Killarney House and Gardens from 10am to 1pm on Monday the 20th of January. Light refreshments will be provided and Feidhlim's presentation is sure to spark interest in nature based solutions for stormwater management. Féidhlim's expertise arise from almost 30 years of industry experience which also cunlminated in Féidhlim writing a book on the topic. This is a free event, but places are limited, booking can be made on the Kerry Biosphere's Eventbrite page.
